Cornerstone at Holmdel in Monmouth County Reaches Full Occupancy

HOLMDEL, N.J. (April 3, 2025) — Cornerstone at Holmdel, a premium income-restricted community in Monmouth County, is now fully leased and occupied, announced Walters, the award-winning property’s owner and developer. Located at 461 Middle Road in Holmdel, the 50-residence property was completed in June 2024.  

Situated on nearly four acres, Cornerstone at Holmdel comprises three buildings designed and constructed to meet the requirements of LEED® Gold and ENERGY STAR® certification. The three-story buildings offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Units feature upgraded finishes and amenities including full-size washers and dryers, dishwashers, controlled heating, and central air conditioning. Additionally, residents benefit from having a private front door entrance that opens directly to the street.

The suburban community is centrally located near the Holmdel Towne Center and The Commons at Holmdel which offer a variety of shopping, dining and banking opportunities. Also nearby is Allocco Park, an 11-acre recreational area with a baseball field, basketball court, a walking trail, tot lot, and more. 

Cornerstone at Holmdel is available to residents whose incomes are at or below 60 percent of the area median income. Rental rates are based on the renter’s gross annual income, according to the rent/income requirements chart.
