CLINTON, NJ — Courtyard Luxury Senior Living has launched a partnership with Thrive Senior Living to manage the daily operations of the assisted living, memory care and adult day care community scheduled to open in the Spring of this year.
Courtyard, located at 111 West Main St. in Clinton, will feature three distinct neighborhoods in a five-story, 109,000 s/f building. The community includes 90 suites for assisted living on floors two through five and 20 suites for memory care, also on the fifth floor, designed for individuals living with some form of changing cognitive abilities such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. An adult day care center on the first floor will accommodate up to 105 seniors daily and have a separate entrance from the residential neighborhoods.
