RICHMOND, VA — Cresa announced that it has acquired the Richmond office of 7 Hills Advisors (7 Hills), a boutique commercial brokerage firm that focuses on tenant and buyer representation in Central and Southeastern Virginia. Founder Christina Jeffries and Landon Hinton join the firm as principals, Ali McCrickard joins as vice president, and Laura Osborn joins as a marketing associate. In addition, Cresa will retain 7 Hills’ Richmond office located at 503 Libbie Ave. 7 Hills’ Virginia Beach office is not part of the deal and will continue operating independently.

With the acquisition, Cresa strengthens its Mid-Atlantic footprint and gains a foothold in Virginia.
“In our continuing efforts to expand our services and coverage to better serve our clients, we are thrilled to welcome the 7 Hills Richmond team to Cresa. Not only does their operating philosophy dovetail perfectly with our business approach, but their geographic expertise in Virginia positions us for future growth in the market,” said Cresa vice chairman Tom Birnbach. “What a great way to start the new year.”
Founded in 2012, 7 Hills is known for assisting small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies with lease renewals, acquisitions and new requirements, as well as dispositions, strategic planning, project management, and consulting. The tenant-centric firm’s success is defined by results which are driven by educated, well-informed decisions.
Added Jeffries, “This was a rare opportunity to join a company that shares our values. This natural alignment provides a seamless transition and the ability to hit the ground running while continuing to focus exclusively on the occupier and end user. We are very much looking forward to offering our clients access to such a robust platform of services and continuing to deliver exceptional results.” MAREJ
