Pittsburgh, PA — Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates announced the addition of a new multifamily capital markets team to its service platform for Western PA.
Bryan McCann, Senior vice president, serves as the team lead, focusing on complex multifamily sales in the Greater Pittsburgh region and beyond. McCann has years of experience in small, mid-sized, and institutional transactions and has previously worked at CBRE and SVN Three Rivers Advisors, winning multiple awards for his transactional success and leadership. Prior to his work in real estate, Bryan was a Senior Leader in the FBI and obtained his JD and MBA.
Leigh Poulton, vice president, has past corporate real estate experience working at Carnegie Mellon University and FedEx Ground as well as brokerage experience at CBRE. She and Willis Croker, vice president, spent time at CBRE in the Capital Markets segment focused solely on multifamily transactions. McCann, Poulton, and Croker have a diverse background in commercial real estate and bring with them a great deal of enthusiasm to serve clients with an unsurpassed level of integrity.
