Cherry Hill, NJ — Hung Voung stores and its owners Defu Liu and Yamei Zhu, known as Barry and Mei announced the opening of a new Hung Voung Market July 3rd in Cherry Hill on Brace Rd.
The 62,532 s/f market will feature a complete assortment of Asian and international foods large variety of fresh produce, seafood, meats and poultry. This is their forth store in the market. They opened a store in Mayfair shopping center on northeast Philadelphia Dec 9 2019. Michael DePetris of Legend Properties, Inc. represented the tenant. Steve Carroza and Rob Cooper of Metro Commercial represented the landlord Kimco Realty. The tenant also subleased 44,793 s/f of store space in the center and has subleased to a number of Asian restaurants and stores to create southern New Jerseys largest Asian mall.
