HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ —DMR Architects reports that nearly all of the 150 projects that make up its nearly $1 billion pipeline have remained actively under development or construction throughout the pandemic.
New Jersey’s fourth largest architect has expanded each of its practice areas, making significant progress in its residential footprint in New Jersey and its education project roster into New Jersey and New York City.
The firm’s design and construction teams are near completion on The Residences at 30 Court, a luxury apartment building in Morristown and have begun work on Wyndham Place at Ridgefield Park, bringing its rental unit count to 4,500. DMR Architects has designed residential communities throughout North/New Jersey with projects including The Grande at Metro Park, a new construction project in Woodbridge, and the conversion of the historic Annin Flag factory in Verona into Annin Lofts.
