Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in:
I began my career in community management and property management when I was running a cable TV station for a large developer and learned everyone’s job... and then became the first woman in New Jersey to earn the PCAM national designation and discovered that I could do the job, develop innovative protocols and improve the industry.
What is your current position?
As the CEO and owner of RMG, Regency Management Group, Inc. a NJ based property management firm, I have been responsible for helping 100 women excel in the property management field and served clients with the most personalized service and cutting edge technology.
What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2020?
The greatest accomplishment in 2020 was maintaining my team in a safe environment, while serving customers without interruption. Modifying work hours, adopting remote methods and utilizing the various options, such as global emails, texts and calls to keep clients informed; using Zoom effectively for meetings and maintaining personal connections; and establishing new protocols for sanitizing and safely using shared spaces.
