64 Brunswick Ave., Edison NJ 94,696 s/f lease to Greatsell Fulfillment.

How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry?

A unique perspective driven by data.

What impact has social media/networking had on your career?

Social media has made a tremendous impact on my career. It has allowed me to expand my network to people outside of my market.

What were some of your early goals and did anything happen to change them?

Setting production/revenue generation goals. Outperformance of those goals caused me to change them.

What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession?

Patience. I understand that projects take a long time to complete. Embrace

every part of the process.

What outside activities do you enjoy during your free time?

Golf, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, poker.

What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduating from college?

Take the time to learn what you enjoy doing. Ask a lot of questions. Don’t hesitate to follow up.
