MID ATLANTIC — Brian Wherty and Rob Samtmann of Equity Retail Brokers, in collaboration Bialow Realty represented Sleep Number in securing three new leases in New Jersey and Delaware:
1. The Shops at the Crossings, Burlington, NJ: A brand-new development with national tenants such as Raising Cane’s, Panera Bread, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Discount Tire, Home2Suites, and Tru by Hilton
2. The Christiana Mall, Christiana, DE: Set on an outparcel of the Christiana Mall, Sleep Number’s newest Delaware location joins Dick’s Sporting Goods, Mattress Firm, 5.11 Tactical, and Bahama Breeze Island Grill.
3. The Marketplace at Garden State Park, Cherry Hill, NJ: Located 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia, the 550,000+ square foot project is anchored by Wegmans and includes The Home Depot, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and more.
In other retail news, Samtmann represented Kids Empire and helped the company secure a lease at Center Point Place in the heart of the Warminster, PA retail corridor. Kids Empire is an interactive indoor play space for children of all ages and their families. At 12,000 s/f, the facility will feature floor-to-ceiling climbing walls, play structures, ball pits, slides, creative interactive games, and more.
