Federal Realty Investment Trust welcomes Wonder to Andorra SC

Philadelphia, PA — Federal Realty Investment Trust announced that Wonder, a groundbreaking mealtime platform, will open at Andorra Shopping Center in Roxborough. The restaurant is slated to debut in late 2026, occupying a 3,243 s/f space within the center.

The new Wonder location will be part of a newly transformed retail section at Andorra Shopping Center, where Federal Realty is investing $32 million to revitalize and modernize the property. The shopping center, located at 701 Cathedral Rd. in Philadelphia, is home to a mix of national retailers including T.J. Maxx, Five Below, Kohl’s, and the recently announced GIANT grocery store.
