Federal Realty unveils Blayr, a premier residential building

Bala Cynwyd, PA – Federal Realty Investment Trust announced that Blayr, its highly anticipated residential building at Bala Cynwyd on City Avenue, is now leasing with move-ins beginning early-March 2026.
