WAYNE, PA — A group of Main Line real estate professionals representing the former RE/MAX Classic office has formally transitioned to Real of Pennsylvania, marking a major brokerage expansion in the western Philadelphia suburbs. The transition includes leadership, agents, and support staff operating out of the headquarters at 528 E. Lancaster Ave. in St. Davids.
The move is being led by veteran local real estate leaders Brett Furman, Scott Furman, and William Holder, bringing nearly 100 years of combined industry experience to Real of Pennsylvania’s growing presence in the region. Brett Furman brings 38 years of real estate expertise, Scott Furman brings 47 years, and William Holder contributes 13 years of brokerage leadership, production, and agent development.
The organization will keep its St. Davids HQ and open a new Exton office to support growth in Chester County and the western suburbs. MAREJ
Additional offices across PA are planned as part of a broader expansion strategy, with continued growth initiatives planned across multiple states.
Real is widely recognized as one of the fastest-growing publicly traded real estate brokerages in North America, driven primarily by organic growth rather than acquisitions. Its cloud-based, multi-state operational system gives agents the ability to operate seamlessly across state lines while maintaining strong compliance, service quality, and an exceptional consumer experience.
This office-wide move to Real of Pennsylvania also supports future initiatives including advanced digital marketing, AI-driven client communication, enhanced training, recruiting expansion, and continued geographic growth.
