G.S. Wilcox & Co. secures $110,500,000 in financing for NJ industrial portfolio

G.S. Wilcox & Co. announced it has arranged $110,500,000 in permanent financing for a five building industrial portfolio located in Northern New Jersey. The loan was arranged by President & Founder Gretchen Wilcox and Principal Al Raymond through a correspondent life insurance company of the firm’s and featured an attractive seven-year fixed rate, interest only structure.

The five building industrial portfolio was 97% leased at the time of closing and totaled over 800,000 square feet.
