Arlington, VA — Gilbane Development Company has announced the acquisition of 3601 Wilson Blvd., a prominent six-story, 121,200 s/f office building in the vibrant Virginia Square/GMU Metro submarket. Conveniently located steps away from the Virginia Square/GMU Metro entrance, this acquisition marks a strategic opportunity for Gilbane to transform the property into a premier market-rate multifamily community.
