Greenberg Gibbons launches new residential division
Baltimore, MD — Greenberg Gibbons has launched a new residential division, expanding on the firm’s in-house capabilities. Led by senior vice president David Bookhout, who brings deep expertise in multifamily development, the new division enables Greenberg Gibbons to directly plan and deliver residential communities as integrated components of its mixed-use destinations.
The firm’s residential communities will be designed to prioritize convenience, connectivity, and a strong sense of community, while reflecting the character of each development and the surrounding market. The new division is already creating multifamily communities at two Greenberg Gibbons mixed-use projects underway: The Mason at Frederick Brickworks in Frederick and the Iris at Midtown64 in Richmond, VA.
