Cranford, NJ — Hartz Mountain’s new upscale apartment property in Cranford, NJ is set to open its doors, marking a new era of upscale living in one of New Jersey’s most sought after towns. March Construction was at the helm of construction for the property and Moore and Kafrouni led the MEP and structural engineering of the buildings, respectively.
