Hartz unveils new Northern NJ living & dining destinations

CRANFORD, NJ — Hartz marked the official grand opening of Fairways at Cranford with a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 3rd that drew local officials, real estate professionals, and community members to celebrate the unveiling of the new 250-unit luxury apartment community in Union County.
Held on-site at 750 Walnut Ave., the event featured remarks from Hartz president and COO Gus Milano, who reflected on the project’s thoughtful planning, strategic development, and its role in shaping lifestyle-driven living in suburban New Jersey.

Additional remarks were delivered by representatives of project partners March Construction and Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, who served as the construction manager and architectural firm, respectively. Both firms highlighted the close collaboration, shared vision, and design excellence that brought Fairways at Cranford to life.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed light refreshments, live music, and guided tours of the newly completed community. The event offered a first look at how Fairways at Cranford blends natural surroundings with contemporary living in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood.
