Michael Lombardi of Horvath & Tremblay has successfully completed the sale of Brownstone Mill in Midland Park, New Jersey. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a
sale price of $2,825,000. Brownstone Mill is located at 11 Paterson Avenue in Midland Park, New Jersey.
