In today’s rapidly evolving construction landscape, developers and institutions are seeking more than just a construction firm that can execute. They’re looking for a true strategic partner who can see projects through their eyes and take ownership of their construction needs. At IMC Construction, our recent expansion across the Mid-Atlantic reflects a long-term strategy focused on delivering just that.

This fall, we opened a new office in Delaware, which came on the heels of expanding into New Jersey in 2022. In both markets, we were already supporting a dynamic portfolio across senior living, multifamily, life sciences and more. The physical office spaces were built to better serve existing clients, and continue to develop new relationships in those regions. Becoming a part of the community ourselves enables us to attract and retain top local talent, deepen relationships with subcontractors and fully engage with the organizations and people we serve.

We don’t just build buildings – we solve problems. Our clients today are facing an array of complex challenges, including rising costs, evolving priorities, sustainability goals and more. IMC offers clarity and solutions through an innovative and collaborative process that combines robust preconstruction, advanced technology and hands-on leadership involvement to reduce risk and maximize outcomes. It’s why more than 80 percent of our business comes from repeat relationships.

Among our current New Jersey projects is Brightview Senior Living Joy Farm in Paramus, a senior living community that incorporates advanced infrastructure and real-time drone monitoring to ensure safety and efficiency. In Burlington, we are leading construction on J Centra, a mixed-use residential development designed to foster connection, accessibility, and modern living. And in Metuchen, The Kempson—a million multifamily development—is taking shape with upscale amenities that promote vibrant neighborhood life.

IMC’s regional momentum has also earned industry recognition. We were named Engineering News-Record’s 2025 Mid Atlantic Contractor of the Year, a reflection of our exceptional growth, innovation and community impact. IMC was also recognized by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s Best Places to Work, a distinction that highlights our deep investment in employee growth, engagement, and culture—reinforced by 14 consecutive years on the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Top Workplaces list.

Ultimately, our expansion is about being there – where our clients and communities need us, and when it matters most. We’re proud to help shape the future of the Mid-Atlantic region through investment, innovation, partnership and purpose-driven construction.

Let’s build something extraordinary together. We’re ready when you are.
