
Conshohocken, PA — IMC Construction held a topping out ceremony on June 29th at the site of a new multi-family development, Matson Mill, in Conshohocken. This 426,000 s/f luxury apartment building is being developed by High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company and started construction in September 2020. It is scheduled to be completed by 2022.
Matson Mill is a four-story residential apartment building constructed on top of a structured parking garage. It has 280-units which will be a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments and will feature 310 parking spots. The building layout takes advantage of all outdoor amenities overlooking the Schuylkill River and is located adjacent to a SEPTA regional rail providing residents with a daily commute to Philadelphia.

The Matson Mill project team includes construction manager IMC Construction; architect Hord Coplan Macht; MEP Engineer Girard Engineering, PC; structural engineer Structura, Inc.; and civil engineer Bohler Engineering.
