With a career that spans almost 20 years in construction and development specializing in industrial, warehouse, distribution facilities, and data centers, Nussbaum brings a diverse range of industry knowledge to our team and will aid in expanding our industrial portfolio.
Nussbaum joins IMC after spending the last seven years at Duke Realty Corporation where he managed development industrial, warehouse, distribution facilities and data centers from concept through design, entitlements and subcontractor bidding.
