700 E Main Street is a 10,880 SF Class A multi-tenant office investment. The major tenants include Airiam, a technology solutions group, and Handy Seafood Inc., headquarters of America’s oldest seafood processor.
The Buyer, an affiliate of Keller Brothers, Inc. purchased the property as an investment, with plans to make it their regional headquarters in the future.
