Teaneck, NJ — Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced a lease renewal with Auramet International, Inc. for a 4,818 s/f office space at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck. Auramet International has been headquartered at Glenpointe since 2013.
Chris DeLorenzo, VP and director of leasing and marketing and Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction while Jason Fray, managing principal of Cresa, represented the tenant.
