Hamilton, NJ — Lee & Associates New Jersey announced that the real estate brokerage has arranged a five-year, 1,381 s/f lease at 911 Rte. 33 in Hamilton, NJ for Kumon North America, Inc., the world’s largest after-school education company. Kyle Janoczkin of Lee & Associates New Jersey represented the tenant in this transaction. The site was previously occupied by an ice cream shop. With a strong client base near this section of Route 33, Kumon’s new location will help drive traffic for neighboring tenants and restaurants in the center. The property is situated in central New Jersey near I-295.
