Jeffery Realty announces new CRE transactions

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Jeffery Realty, a leading New Jersey real estate brokerage firm, announced recent transactions involving four New Jersey commercial real estate properties.

The transactions included:

• The sale of a 53,000 s/f commercial building at 404 Sette Dr. in Paramus. The building was sold to The Stro Company. Bill Farkas represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

• Arts-and-crafts retailer Michaels leased 25,000 s/f space at Hampton Plaza on Hampton House Rd. in Newton. Jamie Sackeim of TSCG represented the tenant and Farkas represented the landlord.

• Grocery Outlet Bargain Market signed a lease for 20,000 s/f of space at Hazlet Plaza on Route 35 in Hazlet. Mike Testa and Steve Battista were involved in the transaction with Newmark.

• A retail tenant, Top Line Appliance Center, leased 21,800 s/f of space at the Roselle Shopping Center on Raritan Rd. in Roselle, NJ. Battista and Joe Hydro completed the transaction.
