NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Jeffery Realty, a leading New Jersey real estate brokerage firm, announced recent transactions involving four New Jersey commercial real estate properties.
The transactions included:
· Two tenants signed leases at The Grove at Montgomery, 21 Belle Mead Griggstown Rd. and Rte. 206, Montgomery. Club Pilates and Modern Canine are leasing a total of 3,251 s/f of space at the shopping center. Joe Hydro of Jeffery Realty represented The Grove on both deals which is now fully leased.
· Planet Fitness signed a lease for 19,317 s/f of space at Tower Plaza, 4100 Park Ave., Weehawken. Mike Testa and Bill Farkas represented Lidl on the sublease in the transaction, and Ray Villafana represented the tenant.
· Family Dollar signed a lease for 10,582 s/f of space at Bayville Commons, 222 Rte. 9, and Bayville. Alan Walker and Shane Wierks represented the shopping mall and Danielle Brunelli of RJ Brunelli represented the tenant.
· Mattress Warehouse signed a lease for 4,285 s/f of space at Heritage Square, 1640 Rte. 22, Watchung. Steve Battista and Mike Testa represented the shopping center.
