JLL Capital Markets expands Philadelphia retail investment sales team with senior dir. JP Colussi

Philadelphia, PA - JLL Capital Markets has strengthened its Philadelphia retail investment sales platform with the addition of JP Colussi as senior director. Colussi joins the Philadelphia Retail ISA team under the leadership of Philadelphia Office co-head, senior managing director Jim Galbally, bringing extensive experience in multi-tenant retail property transactions across the Philadelphia MSA. JP Colussi will join an established team including Patrick Higgins, Brendan White and Jack Marvin. 

Colussi is a seasoned retail investment sales specialist who has helped clients successfully transact on over 10.5 million square feet of retail space with a total value exceeding $2 billion. Throughout his career, he has worked with individual investors, private owners, REITs and major institutions on transactions ranging from single tenant properties to some of the largest retail assets in the Philadelphia MSA.

Colussi's professional achievements have been recognized throughout the industry. He was named a 2021 Philadelphia Business Journal Real Estate Rising Star Honoree and received the 2018 Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal 30 under 30 recognition. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Colussi holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Fordham University. His addition to the Philadelphia Retail ISA team reflects JLL's continued commitment to recruiting top talent and expanding its market-leading retail investment sales platform.
