Katz & Associates adds Jake Rosen as an associate

New York, NY — Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates announced that Jake Rosen is an associate at Katz & Associates’ NYC office, working on landlord and tenant leasing across the NYC Metropolitan area and Long Island.

Known for his outgoing personality and strong communication skills, Rosen thrives on building relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues. He’s passionate about helping businesses grow and takes pride in contributing to the vibrancy of the retail landscape. Rosen shares: “I enjoy being able to walk on the street, make real-time connections, and find opportunities to help clients expand their business.”

Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Rosen served as director of Brokerage Services at MD Squared Property Group LLC where he leveraged valuable experience from his previous roles at RIPCO, Compass, Winick Realty Group, and Eastern Consolidated to transform MD Squared into a full-service real estate company.

Rosen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa. He grew up in Westchester and currently resides in Manhattan. Outside of work, Rosen enjoys cooking and barbequing.
