Kinsley Construction delivers PA child development center

Served as general contractor for the 8,500 s/f facility

MECHANICSBURG, PA — Kinsley Construction announced the completion of the Upper Allen Genius Kids Child Development Center. The new facility will help meet growing childcare needs in the Mechanicsburg area, supporting working families while contributing to the community’s long-term economic and educational well-being. The center is anticipated to open in January 2026.

Serving as general contractor, Kinsley Construction built the 8,500 s/f facility, which includes a dedicated outdoor play area designed to support early childhood learning in a safe, engaging environment. Throughout the project, our teams self-performed several key scopes of work, including concrete placement, steel erection, wood framing and the installation of doors, frames and hardware.

Genius Kids Child Development Centers operate with a mission to inspire every student to Think, Lead and Communicate. Their curriculum is designed to build self-esteem, confidence and a strong foundation for lifelong learning, achievement and care for others.

The project was completed in collaboration with K Care-UA LLC, BL Companies, Meister-Cox Architects, Entegra Solutions and Keystone Structural Group.
