Kinsley Construction powers industrial growth in Winchester, VA with new warehouse project

Winchester, VA — Kinsley Construction is proud to provide comprehensive site development services for Lot 4 at One Logistics Park in Winchester, Virginia.

Lot 4 will be home to a new 56,000 s/f warehouse. As the site work contractor, Kinsley Construction is performing eight acres of earthwork; installing water, storm and sanitary infrastructure; constructing curbs; and paving to prepare the site for vertical construction.

Strategically located along the I-81 corridor, One Logistics Park is a premier industrial development designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality distribution and warehousing space in the Mid-Atlantic region. The development offers direct access to major transportation routes, making it ideal for logistics, e-commerce and supply chain operations.
