Kinsley Properties begins development of 175,000 s/f industrial facility in York County


YORK, PA — York-based commercial real estate developer Kinsley Properties has begun development of a new industrial flex facility in the Orchard Business Park Phase II off I-83 in York County. The 175,000 s/f building at 500 Canal Rd. in East Manchester Twp. is available for lease for light manufacturing uses and warehouse distribution. It will be equipped with 38 dock doors, 36-foot clear height, 117 auto parking spaces and 41 trailing parking spaces. The Orchard Business Park is conveniently located between exits 25 and 28 on I-83, a growing industrial corridor in Central Pennsylvania. “The demand for modern and convenient warehouse properties along I-83 continues to rise. The Orchard Business Park is an ideal location for companies looking to quickly reach customers in major metropolitan areas along the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic region,” said Timothy Kinsley, president of Kinsley Properties. “We are eager to fully lease this facility and complete this phase of development at Orchard.” Earlier this year, Kinsley Properties filled the adjacent 780,000 s/f distribution center at Orchard. Construction on the new building is expected to be completed in February 2021.
