YORK, PA — Jason Stouffer has been named the Kinsley Construction’s new CEO, effective immediately, succeeding Christopher Kinsley who retired earlier this year.
Stouffer has spent his entire career with Kinsley Construction, starting as a summer laborer, performing jackhammering and other field tasks. In 2003, he was hired as a project engineer, and over the past two decades, he has risen through the ranks—from estimator to vice president of the Pennsylvania Site Division, executive vice president of the Civil Division and most recently as COO. He brings a deep understanding of the company’s roots, its people and its values to the role, positioning the 62-year-old company for its next chapter of growth.
“Kinsley Construction’s commitment to Construction Done Right and being a contractor that clients want to work with and people want to work for has always stuck with me,” Stouffer said. “I’m incredibly humbled by this opportunity and the trust the Kinsley family has placed in me throughout my career.”
As part of this succession plan, Kinsley Construction has also named third-generation family leaders Andrew Kinsley and James Kinsley as Co-COOs. In their new roles, Andrew and James will maintain leadership over their previous divisions, Civil and Materials, and Building and Industrial, respectively.
Both bring extensive operational experience and a shared commitment to the company’s people, clients, and mission, while continuing the legacy of founder Bob Kinsley.
