KLNB facilitates $3.35 Million sale of commercial property in Gaithersburg, MD

Gaithersburg, MD – KLNB announced the $3,350,000 sale of 831 Russell Ave. in Gaithersburg. KLNB Principals Ken Fellowsand Rob Pugh, alongside VP Lucas Glaeser, represented the seller, Finmarc Management, a client that Fellows has worked with for nearly 20 years.

Don Vicini and Josh Vicini acquired the 12,155 s/f commercial property, which will be occupied by 21st Century Distributing. The electronics wholesaler will use the space to support its growing audio/video, smart home and security product distribution operations.
