32,000 s/f Building Sits on More Than 11 Acres in Northern Virginia

TYSONS, VA – KLNB, the Mid-Atlantic’s largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm, is excited to share the $3,250,000 sale of a three-story, 32,049-square-foot office property located on 11.33 acres, at 606 Greenville Avenue building in Staunton, Virginia. KLNB Vice President Zubin David represented the seller, Potomac Conference Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists, in the transaction. The buyer, Fisher Auto Parts, acquired the property as it looks to relocate its headquarters.
"This deal is a prime example of our ability to identify the right buyer for a property, even in a complex market," said Zubin David. "We knew that for this building to sell, we needed to find a user who had outgrown their current space and was ready to make a long-term commitment. Fisher Auto Parts was a perfect fit, and we were able to negotiate a sale price that satisfied both parties.”
The sale highlights a strategic period for the seller, who will maintain a presence in the market by maintaining a satellite office in Verona, while relocating its headquarters to Silver Spring, Maryland. This move, recently facilitated by David in a separate $5.5 million purchase in July 2025, allows the organization to be closer to its constituency.
