Landmark Comm'l. Realty announces ground breaking

Steelton, PA — Steel Works, a 6-acre mixed-use development project located on six blocks from 102 to 230 North Front St., Steelton, broke ground. Steelton Borough and Dauphin County officials and the developer, Integrated Development Partners, were in attendance for the official groundbreaking/ribbon-cutting ceremony. Steel Works was created to revive Steelton’s Main Street Corridor. In 2018, in the initial planning stages, Landmark Commercial Realty Inc.’s Chuck Heller and Sean Fitzsimmons were selected as the listing agents for the over 60,000 s/f mixed-use development project. Steel Works will currently feature a Dollar General, a SeniorLIFE healthcare center (living independence for the elderly), a 41-unit apartment building, an amphitheater, and a park. SeniorLIFE is expected to break ground this Fall, and Dollar General is looking to open by the end of 2020. “Right now, there is a medical user interested in leasing upwards of 15,000+/- s/f of medical space,” said Chuck Heller, senior associate with Landmark. “We are currently in negotiations with them.”
