Landmark Commercial Realty grows team with addition of Ford and Notarfrancesco

HARRISBURG, PA — Landmark Commercial Realty, exclusive affiliate of TCN Worldwide, announced two key additions to its team.

Grace Ford joins Landmark as brokerage coordinator, bringing more than 20 years of experience in elementary education and nonprofit leadership. Known for her thoughtful, dependable, and service-driven approach, Grace will support the brokerage team and daily operations.

She earned her B.S. in Elementary & Early Childhood Education from Shippensburg University, previously served as executive director of Vickie’s Angel Foundation, and is a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Guided by faith, family, and service, Ford brings a people-first perspective to Landmark.

Ethan Notarfrancesco joins Landmark as operations manager, supporting executive vice president and managing director of Retail, Justin Shoemaker. A recent graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a B.S. in Business Administration, Ethan also played on the college’s football team and gained early exposure to commercial real estate through a summer internship at Landmark in 2024.

In his current role, Notarfrancesco provides analytical market research and is learning the retail sector of commercial real estate. He is actively working toward obtaining his real estate license, expected by the end of 2025. Known for being grounded, hardworking, and eager to grow, Notarfrancesco approaches each opportunity with integrity and a strong sense of purpose.
