Landmark earns recognition from TCN Worldwide

HARRISBURG, PA — Landmark Commercial Realty announced that W. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, CEO & managing principal and Michael Curran, SIOR, president executive managing director, and were recognized among TCN Worldwide’s Top Five Office Sales for the third quarter of 2025.

The duo represented both sides of a $3.6 million, 30,000 s/f office property transaction in Camp Hill. Curran represented the seller, the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), while Grace represented the buyer, 5080 Ritter Road LLC, demonstrating Landmark’s commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both institutional and private clients.

Michael Rohm, CCIM, MAI, senior associate, was also acknowledged for representing the buyer in another top office sale valued at $3.6 million, and Justin Shoemaker, executive vice president & director of Retail Services, earned two placements among the Top Five Retail Sales, including a $4.5 million transaction representing Hawthorne SPE LLC.
