Larken Associates elevates David Eickmeyer to CIO


Branchburg, NJ — Larken Associates announces the promotion of David Eickmeyer to chief investment officer.

Since joining Larken Associates in 2017, Eickmeyer has been a key contributor to the firm’s asset management team, consistently driving collaboration, streamlining internal processes, and fostering a shared vision of success among its 164 employees.

In his new role, Eickmeyer will oversee the short and long-term investment strategies for Larken Associates’ nearly four-million-square-foot commercial and 2,500 unit residential portfolio. Collaborating closely with the firm’s executive team, he will drive operational efficiency and identify value add opportunities across the portfolio. In addition to supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives, Eickmeyer will continue to lead commercial asset management operations, company-wide budget planning, and its insurance and risk management practices.

Before joining Larken Associates, Eickmeyer held asset management roles at American Continental Properties, Thor Equities, Cushman & Wakefield, and UBS. He earned his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, and economics from Penn State University.
