Lee & Associates handles 7 Brew Coffee multi-store expansion into Maryland and Delaware

COLUMBIA, MD – 7 Brew, the drive-thru coffee concept revolutionizing the coffee industry, has revealed plans for a multi-stand entry and expansion strategy in Maryland and Delaware.

7 Brew Coffee is serving up energy, connection and speed in every visit. Customers will experience an upbeat atmosphere, complete with lively music and an enthusiastic crew of “brewistas” ready to engage in friendly conversation and take their order.

With intentions to begin operations later this year, local franchise group, 7BC of Maryland, recently signed a ground lease with Bearsch’s Corner at 2912 Emmorton Road. Additional sites are also expected to open later this year and into 2026.

Lee & Associates, a fully integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, is handling the expansion program on behalf of franchisee group 7BC of Maryland, with Senior Vice Presidents Mark Mueller and Glenn Ulick overseeing site selection and lease negotiation activities.
