Lee & Associates New Jersey inks 250,000 s/f industrial lease in Perth Amboy

Commitment brings 1 Buckingham Ave. to full occupancy

PERTH AMBOY, NJ — Lee & Associates New Jersey Office has arranged a 250,000 s/f lease with a freight transportation services provider at 1 Buckingham Ave. in Perth Amboy, bringing the 407,700 s/f industrial building to full occupancy. The commercial real estate firm’s Claudia Ganas, Monica Franco, Ana Carolina De Araujo and Ryan Mojares represented the landlord, MayPerth LLC, in the transaction.

Yitzi Jachimowitz of Eretz Realty represented the tenant, which is relocating from a Union County location to accommodate its expanding operations. The move to 1 Buckingham Ave. will provide greater distribution efficiency and the flexibility to support near-term growth.

1 Buckingham Ave. offers access to the New Jersey Tpke., I-287, and Rtes. 440, 9 and 35, and is proximate to the Outerbridge Crossing, Newark Liberty International Airport, and several major maritime ports and cargo facilities. The property features a wet sprinkler system, solar power capability, 18-foot clear ceiling height, 34 loading docks and one drive-in door.
