Levin declares three new leases at Centre Plaza in Bensalem, PA

BENSALEM, PA — Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced a flurry of fall lease commitments totaling 5,100 s/f at Centre Plaza in Bensalem. New tenants include dance studio Kathy’s School of Dance and barbershop MichKutz; LMC also arranged a lease with A.J.’s Cheesesteaks, formerly Philly It Cheesesteaks – a long-time Centre Plaza tenant that has been rebranded under new ownership.

LMC vice president of leasing Sidney Singer and leasing representative Fred Younkin negotiated the three leases – each 1,700 s/f – on behalf of the property ownership. Connery Koski of Century 21 Advantage Gold served as tenant broker for MichKutz.

“Located in Bucks County’s largest municipality, Centre Plaza is ideally positioned as a service-oriented neighborhood shopping center,” said Younkin. “Kathy’s School of Dance and MichKutz fit very well into our tenant mix. Both will generate significant traffic to the property by providing in-demand services for the Bensalem-area community.”

Centre Plaza also includes Penn Community Bank, A&S Bagels, Salon 724, M. Rani Eyebrow Threading & Spa, Team Sports Zone, Tako Japanese Restaurant and LabCorp, among others. The 44,000 s/f property serves a residential population of nearly 265,000 people within a five-mile radius.
