Levin Management promotes Ciaravino to portfolio manager

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — Denise Ciaravino has been promoted to portfolio manager at Levin Management Corporation (LMC), announced Erika Toscani, vice president of property management at the North Plainfield-based commercial real estate services firm.

Ciaravino joined LMC in 2006 as property manager and was named senior property manager in 2009; for the past decade she has overseen the day-to-day operation of a shopping center portfolio totaling 1 million s/f . In her new role as portfolio manager, Ciaravino will also be the single point of contact for a nine-property, 840,000 s/f management assignment recently awarded to LMC.

“Denise is a tremendous asset to our property management team, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion,” said Toscani. “It is always gratifying to promote individuals from within our organization. Advancing into this new role reflects Denise’s hard work, professionalism and dedication, as well as her outstanding contributions to the success of our leasing and management portfolio.”

Ciaravino earned her bachelor’s degree in management science from Kean University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She also received the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI International.

“It’s been extremely rewarding to grow my career at Levin Management, and I am grateful for the opportunity to take on the role of portfolio manager,” said Ciaravino. “The knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 15 years from the firm’s upper management, my co-workers and vendor relationships are immeasurable. In my new role, I look forward to continuing the high level of service that our clients and tenants have come to expect.”
