Longo and DiPinto of The Blau & Berg Co. brokers the lease of ±12,060 s/f industrial building

Morganville & Eatontown , NJ — The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, recently arranged the lease of ±12,060 s/f building in Morganville. Seth Katz of Legacy Commercial Realty represented the lessee, while John Longo and Brian DiPinto of The Blau & Berg Company represented the owner. The tenant will use the space for printing, sign fabrication and manufacturing of graphic signs as well as the storage of classic and exotic vehicles.

“Brian and I were pleased to work with Seth in securing such high quality tenants for our client’s building,” said John Longo, director of The Blau & Berg Company. “The owner is an experienced developer that provides high quality buildings and services.”

In other Blau & Berg news, the firm arranged the sale of ±3.25 AC of land in Eatontown. Longo represented the seller, Eatontown Rink, LLC. Situated on a busy strip of road, packed with surrounding retail, this property will suit many uses.

“Due to the property’s excellent highway location, we were fortunate to have a wide range of worthwhile developments to choose from,” said Longo. “With extensive input and assistance from the leaders of Eatontown, we finalized a deal for a 120,000 s/f self-storage development that is expected to be completed by year end of 2021.”
