M&T Realty Capital Corporation names Hudak business strategy & transformation director

RADNOR, PA — M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) has named Sarah Hudak business strategy & transformation director. In this role, Hudak is responsible for shaping the long-term direction of the business, leading strategic planning and capability building to strengthen RCC’s competitive positioning and support sustainable growth.

Hudak brings more than 18 years of experience in commercial banking and credit leadership. Since joining M&T Bank in 2007, she has held a range of roles across relationship management, credit underwriting, and enterprise transformation. Most recently, she served as director of credit product delivery support in commercial administration, where she led initiatives to modernize credit processes, enhance risk governance, and improve execution across the commercial credit lifecycle.

Further, Hudak served as a senior credit officer and relationship manager, supporting middle market clients and overseeing complex credit structures, portfolio management, and new originations.

Hudak earned her MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Villanova University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
