Mackenzie CRE Services brokers 5,000 s/f lease near Harrisburg, PA

Paxtang, PA — The Heating & Cooling Guys have signed a lease with Builderman Properties, LLC for 5,000 s/f of space at 3110 Pike St. in Paxtang with intentions to relocate its corporate headquarters to the nearly 14,000 s/f commercial and industrial building. Patrick Smith, VP, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant and Ida McMurray of CapStone Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction.

Located in Paxtang, three miles east of Harrisburg, 3110 Pike St. is a single-story building configured to support both commercial office and industrial/warehouse space and is equipped with 14-foot ceiling heights and one drive-in loading dock. The asset is situated adjacent to I-83 and PA Rte. 322.

Smith indicated that he recently established a commercial real estate license in PA based on “the demand from several clients seeking space in the market,” and added, “this initial lease demonstrates my eagerness and ability to seamlessly execute transactions for businesses and real estate entities in the Southern PA market.”
