Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) arranged $8,190,000 in financing for Williamsburg Marketcenter, a 176,000-square-foot retail shopping center located at 6610 Mooretown Road in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Garrett Fierstein, senior director in MMCC’s Orlando office, secured the financing on behalf of a private client.
“Williamsburg Marketcenter is a well-located, high-performing retail asset with a strong tenant mix and long-term value,” said Fierstein. “We are pleased to secure competitive financing on behalf of our client through a national bank relationship, despite a shifting capital markets environment,” said Fierstein.
Terms of the 10-year loan include a 6.25% interest rate with a 25-year amortization period and a 75% loan-to-value.
Williamsburg Marketcenter is anchored by Ross and Dollar Tree with additional tenants including Supercuts, Ukrop, Navy Federal Credit Union and Petco, as well as several restaurants.
