FREDERICK, MD — Matan Companies has broken ground on the first three buildings of a four-building Class A research and industrial development on Executive Way in Frederick. Located on 44 acres, Center 85, when fully built-out, will total 556,800 square feet, with amenities purposefully designed to meet the needs of major biotech, logistics, manufacturing, food and beverage, and e-commerce users. Building features include 30’ clear ceiling height, 40’ x 40’ column spacing, 120’ truck court, 50’ speed bay, and two 9’ x 10’ dock doors per bay with drive-in capability.
