Dover, PA — Moove In Self Storage announced the purchase of 4.16 acres of land located at 3025 Carlisle Rd. in Dover, PA. Formerly operated as a discount grocery chain, the vacant building features 39,876 GSF of space as well as two acres of paved parking.
Once all governmental approvals are obtained, Moove In will convert the vacant building into temperature controlled self storage and will construct an additional 58,000 GSF two-story building on the excess parking surface in front of the structure. Construction is set to begin in 2023.
Once construction is complete, this property will be called Moove In-Shiloh and will be branded per Moove In standards, including a rental office with an on-site property manager.
