NAI CIR represents seller in sale of ±40-acre industrial property

CENTRAL, PA — NAI CIR successfully facilitated the following sales and lease transactions:

The ±40-acre industrial property located at 1800 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg has been sold to Tripwire South LLC. The property previously operated as a granite mine. Strategically located within 1.5 miles of key transportation routes—Rte. 97, Rte. 15, and Rte. 30, the site offers connectivity between Harrisburg to Frederick, MD, and Gettysburg to Westminster, MD.

The 7,650 s/f office known as 5012 Lenker St. has been sold to Pro Activa Realty Partners. The property is one of seven building units within the West Shore Office Park located off the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg.

The two-story commercial building was previously home to Appalachia Technologies who relocated to the Rossmoyne Business Park in 2024. The new owners will utilize the space for their business.
