Some of his most notable deals from that year include representing J.B. Hunt Transport in the sale of 11.57 acres at 2224 Paxton St. in Harrisburg and assisting a fellow SIOR/CCIM in securing a 23,100 s/f lease for a tenant at 140 Corporate Dr. in Spartansburg, SC. Additionally, Bill facilitated the sale of a +/-22,000 s/f office investment at 3425 Simpson Ferry Rd. in Camp Hill.
